Key Benefits

• Designed for trail performance – the shoe’s shape supports natural foot movement while protecting against typical trail challenges.
• Women‑focused fit – contours that match the anatomy of a female foot for a comfortable, secure feel throughout a run.
• Distinctive green/forest color – adds a splash of style to your outdoor wardrobe, helping you stand out on the trail.
• Versatile sizing – the US 8.5 size ensures a reliable fit for many runners seeking a mid‑range option.

The shoe’s outsole is shaped to provide reliable traction on a variety of trail surfaces, helping you maintain confidence on loose gravel or muddy paths. Its upper material balances protection with flexibility, allowing natural foot movement while shielding against small rocks and debris.

Why You’ll Love It

Running on mixed surfaces demands a shoe that can adapt without sacrificing comfort. The ALTRA TIMP 5 Trail Running Shoe offers a natural‑foot‑shape platform that encourages a more stable stride, reducing the need for excessive pronation correction. Its construction helps you stay agile, so you can navigate obstacles with confidence. The Green/Forest hue provides a subtle yet eye‑catching aesthetic, making you feel motivated every time you lace up.

Comfort comes from a roomy toe box that allows your toes to splay naturally, reducing fatigue during longer runs.

Perfect For

This shoe is an excellent choice for women who enjoy:

• Trail runs ranging from short, technical sections to longer forest adventures.
• Outdoor fitness classes that involve varied terrain.
• Training sessions that require a shoe capable of handling both pavement and natural ground.

How to Use

Simply lace the shoe securely, ensuring the tongue sits flat against your foot. Begin with a warm‑up walk to let the shoe settle, then transition to your preferred trail route. After each run, wipe off any debris and allow the shoe to air dry to maintain its condition.
