Why You'll Love It

The hands‑free slip‑in feature eliminates the hassle of tying shoes, saving you time each morning and when changing between tasks. Glide Step technology ensures each step feels cushioned, reducing fatigue during long shifts. The durable Altus SR build delivers a stable platform that supports everyday movements, while the classic black/matte color maintains a professional appearance. Together, these elements create a shoe that feels comfortable from the moment you put it on and stays comfortable through a full day of work.

Comfort & Support

The Altus SR build provides a stable, supportive structure that helps keep your foot aligned during long periods of standing or walking. Combined with the Glide Step cushioning, each step is softened, which can help reduce the strain on your legs and feet. The hands‑free slip‑in design means you won’t need to waste time adjusting laces, letting you stay focused on the task ahead. All‑day wear feels light yet secure, making the shoe a dependable partner for busy shifts.

Professional Appearance

The black/matte (Bkmt) finish delivers a clean, understated look that blends seamlessly with typical work uniforms or dress codes. Its low‑profile silhouette avoids bulky detailing while still offering the recognizable Skechers style. Whether you’re on a retail floor, in a kitchen, or moving through a warehouse, the shoe’s polished appearance helps you maintain a professional image without compromising comfort. The subtle color also reduces visible stains, keeping the shoes looking tidy throughout demanding workdays.

Perfect For

These shoes are ideal for women working in environments where quick shoe changes and reliable comfort are essential—such as retail floors, hospitality venues, warehouses, and light‑industry settings. If you appreciate a slip‑in style that doesn’t sacrifice support, the Skechers Women's Work Glide Step Altus SR is a fitting choice.

How to Use

Simply slide your foot into the interior of the shoe, ensuring the heel sits snugly against the heel cup. The hands‑free design means no straps or laces to adjust, allowing you to get ready faster. For best results, pair with appropriate work socks and replace when the outsole shows signs of wear.
