Key Features

• Evenly distributed iron sand weight (available in 6 lb, 8 lb, 12 lb, 16 lb, 20 lb, 25 lb, 30 lb) adds reliable resistance without shifting.
• Adjustable buckle straps fit chest sizes from 31.5" to 45", ensuring a snug, secure fit for both women and men.
• Soft, wear‑resistant spandex fabric offers lasting comfort even during intense training.
• Convenient armband pouch and rear mesh pocket hold keys, phone, wallet, or energy‑boosting snacks.
• Reflective stripe improves visibility for running or walking in low‑light conditions.

Why You’ll Love It

Comfort that lasts: The spandex construction feels gentle against the skin while standing up to repeated wear, so you can train day after day without irritation. Simply wipe the vest with a damp cloth after use to keep it fresh and extend its lifespan.

Customizable resistance: Whether you are just starting or looking to boost advanced performance, the range of weight options lets you begin light and progress steadily. As you become stronger, swapping to a heavier vest is as easy as changing the iron‑sand insert.

Hands‑free convenience: The built‑in armband pouch and rear mesh pocket free your hands for movements like rope skipping, yoga poses, or weightlifting, while keeping essentials within reach.

Safer outdoor workouts: The reflective stripe increases your visibility to motorists and pedestrians, allowing you to run or walk early in the morning or at dusk with added peace of mind.
